i've been doing jenny craig since the holidays. lost about 15 lbs. it goes from 10-15 depending on the weeks.. i try to do it during the week and eat on my own and pig out on the weekends. so far, so good. just only eat the frozen lunches and dinners and not the shelf stable ones... [ Reply | More

I've been on it. Lost a few pounds. The food is fine if your standards are low (like me). For me the problem was that the calories were a bit too high (I have a very slow metabolism) plus it's probably more carb heavy than was good for me.
