are raised bumps/bruises (black & blue) on the forehead typical and common for active babies around 7mo? my dd is very ambitious in her physicality and keeps falling & bumping her head. yesterday the knock turned into a pretty big bump on her temple, the size of a nickel, and was black & blue. she cried more than usual. she does seem pretty normal now, but should i take her to the dr?
