dd, is 4 and has been potty trained over a year. Over the last two weeks, has had several accidents--both urinating and defacating. I have been very low key about it...not wanting to make it worse. Told her we all have accidents but she has to try and be more careful. Do I start some sort of punishment? I am getting concered that it is happening too often. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

could be a sign of something going on emotionally. ask her how things are going at school, etc. (not linking to her accidents) but just to get information. regression can be a sign of stress. punishment is a bad idea. gl. [ Reply | More
