has anyone had "mommy" wrists? For the last few weeks my wrist has been killing me (mostly my thumb). It will sometimes pop like a ligament is loose or something. yesterday, my thumb got caught in my shirt as I was changing...now I am in terrible pain and can't really move it. It really sucks with a 4 month old! Is it torn or broken? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

carpel tunnel is usually more nubmness and tingling, which can be very uncomfortabe...this sounds more joint related or like tendinitis. [ Reply | More ]

yes, the sensation can be burning, but usually does not involve popping and is usually not related to something like gettin your thumb caught, since the problem is due to compression of one specific nerve. [ Reply | More ]
