I now know with certainty that friend's ddd (17 yrs) is smoking... Not just the 1 cigarette to look cool, but I saw her alone in her car before school smoking. Should I tell ? Is it not my business as she's almost an adult ? The mom "secretly" smokes too... [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

maybe they don't smell it since mom is a secret smoker too. other kids do smell it in school and talk about not wanting to partner with her and so on. early in the morning i guess it's pretty rough. [ Reply | More

not much a mother can do about a 17 year old smoking, but you can mention that you saw it, i think. or say "hey, would you want to know if someone saw your daughter smoking?" and if she says "not really" drop it [ Reply | More
