Interviewing a part time sitter/nanny (16 hours a week). What are your best interview questions? This is my first time through the process. I would like to ask her to sign a release to allow me to do a background check. Is this standard? Or will she think I am crazy. She works part time for another family and that family gave a very good review. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

it doesn't matter if she thinks you are crazy. she should have nothing to hide. and if it makes you feel better, you should do it. signed, someone who doesn't even know her nanny's last name. [ Reply | More ]
