Have been under a lot of stress, major changes in my life and crave "alone time" (WOHM, 4 DCs) --- thinking of joining local sports club and swimming early, before kids are up. good or bad idea? I LOVE swimming, major destressor for me. i need to slim down my thighs, they are getting chunky. is Pilates good for that? WWYD? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
