Have decided to let nanny of 4 years go--4 yr old is in full day nursery school and just got off waiting list for daycare down the block for 16 mo old. Honestly, don't feel that she has been really putting in a lot of effort lately and this will save a lot of $$ ($27K!) and give #2 socialization. How far in advance should I tell and how much severance? Have only had one nanny the whole time so never dealt w/this before. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
