Is it possible to make ice cream with an ice cream maker w/o using milk? want to make ice cream from friend who's lactose intolerant. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Not "natural" ice-cream. You won't be able to use soy milk or rice milk unless you add stabilizers. But I am not very familiar with using Lactaid branded milk. That may work. [ Reply | More ]
