Need to get to 4th St bet. 5th & 6th Ave in PARK SLOPE (not Manhattan) tomorrow from UES. What subway do I take and what stop to get off at??? TIA. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

take the 4/5 to nevins, switch across the platform to the 2/3 and then go to Grand Army Plaza, when facing manned ticket booth, exit is behind you to the right, then walk to 4th b/n 5&6th. [ Reply | More

4, 5 or 6 to Union Square transfer for the R to Union Street, walk from there. (You could also take the N from Union Square and transfer for the R at Pacific---it goes over the Manhattan Bridge which has a spectacular view of lower Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge). Have fun! [ Reply | More

why don't you just go to the mta nyc website and use their trip planner? it's really cool. you just need to type in the address you're leaving from and where you are going. it will give you couple of options. [ Reply | More
