I just came from getting highlights and I HATE them. I left the salon in a huff. They are far too white and ash and make me look old. Anyone have advice on where to get corrective color. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Bumble and Bumble???? You need to call back the salon you left (if it is a good higher end place) and tell the manager you are very displease...have them correct it by low light or a rinse. [ Reply | More ]

I agree. Call the manager tomorrow, explain and have manager correct for free. [ Reply | More ]

be verrrrrrrry careful with the corrective coloring - to correct something too ashy, you don't want them putting red in and ending up with orange... btdt. [ Reply | More ]

I had that happen to me - - I wanted soft natural and ended up with blatant wide brush strokes of ash white "blonde". I was L I V I D. I went to another stylist who used my natural color as the base to soften the whole thing for now. [ Reply | More ]
