that's about what I run although lately I have been going about 5 times a week. I'm in one o fthose times when it just feels really good. Feeling addicted. I hope that keeps up but it's going to be close to 90 degrees here today (Atlanta) so it's getting to the top of my comfort zone! [ Reply | More
