*shrug* Guess so. It might take on some fridge smells, though. And maybe the icing will harden a little faster? I don't have a lot of experience w/ iced cakes. Dh won't touch them... [ Reply | More ]

The fridge smell is what I was worried about. I'll have to see if I can loosely put foil over it doesn't ruin the icing. Thanks. [ Reply | More ]

Yeah, prob. better than Saran wrap. You can 'tent' foil. Maybe even put a few toothpicks to keep the foil from touching the icing? [ Reply | More ]
