how to handle this situation: sitter is here 2/week. Whenever she is here, she makes a lot of food. like a whole lb of pasta, and leaves it for us for dinner. its truly very nice, but (and i know i'll be flamed) but i'm v. picky about what i heat and i my menu planning is pretty tight. so when she uses some of the ingredients, it kind of screws up my menus for the week. (for example, today she made a salad for us, dressed it with OO & balsamic. v. nice, except i was planning on making taco salad.) so what do i do? i cant tell her that i simply don't like her food. help! Tell her you think it's great she makes stuff for you but you really don't want her to do that. You JUST want her to focus on DC [ Reply | More ]

Tell her you have a menu plan and you want to stick to it. Then give her the menu and have her make it for you [ Reply | More ]
