It's not a bad time...it's just going to be harder. But if you are a go getter and committed, you can succeed. It will be a lot more work than the past 15 years were. Anyone can sell a house and get people to buy a house in a good economy/good real estate market. As my dh would say, "my dead grandmother could make money doing that." [ Reply | More
