Everybody is bummed about the housing market crashing, but no one seems to get that the bubble caused the problem in the first place. How can people really expect prices to go up endlessly? There are houses in my neighborhood that went from $500k to 1.8 million in about ten years. A million dollars? Really? Incomes didn't rise that much. It was all speculation. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
