Restoration Hardware has the absolute worst distribution and customer service. When you hear about one of their store clerks being beaten to death with a broken chandelier, it's me. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

We ordered several thousand dollars of hardware and lighting items. Every box comes with at least one error, now my credit card bill has come and a lot of the returns were never credited. They say they can't read my faxes of my return slips, I'll need to mail ORIGINALS. Oh, and the arm of the replacement chandelier is also broken. [ Reply | More ]
