Blurted it out to my parents and grandmother right before my grandmother had emergency surgery (I thought that she should know, just in case!) -- not the most elegant, but it turned a stressful situation happy for a moment. (She's okay.) Told everyone else casually -- led with: "I'm not fat..." (b/c I didn't look PG, but it was clear that I'd gained weight). [ Reply | More
