Help! My son has learned to pull up to standing in his crib, but can't get himself back down yet. I used to let him fuss and talk to himself as he fell asleep, but am nervous to do this now and he just won't fall asleep if I'm still in there. What should I do? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

^^^also, he wails and wails as he's stuck standing up there, so it's not just a safety thing. TIA [ Reply | More ]

This will be short lived--he'll figure out how to get himself down in a week or so. sucks in the meantime, but this too shall pass. [ Reply | More ]

is it better to let him fuss while he figures it out, or try to sooth him all the way to sleep while this lasts? [ Reply | More ]
