this is OP: it's definitely not my period, it was a very small/light amount (maybe the size of a dime? sorry of TMI), and my period isn't due for another 5-7 days. this is only our first time TTC. (as in: it was one time.) we were planning to really start trying (timed to charting, etc) next month. i have never been someone who spots, either. [ Reply | More ]

I think its a very strong possibility it is implantation bleeding. Wait to test until your period is actually due - otherwise, you'll drive yourself crazy. Good luck! It would be great if it worked the first time [ Reply | More ]

OP again- Thanks so much for the fast responses! So true about waiting to test. I am totally an obsesser and could definitely see myself buying out Duane Reade before that... [ Reply | More ]

I'm the same way! Its hard to wait to test, but you only have to wait a week to find out. And don't worry if you don't have any symptoms - some people feel nothing early on. GL! [ Reply | More ]
