I'm anemic and have a very heavy period and usually have to wear a pad anyway if I wear a tampon. I only use them for the beach and I rarely want to go to the beach when I've got my period anyway. [ Reply | More

Got it. I also have a very heavy and quick period (like 3 days tops) and at its worst I have to wear both too. But a pad alone wouldn't do the trick. [ Reply | More
