In retrospect, no. Not worth it. The baby (or in my case, twin babies) is going to come out no matter what. I had an epidural, so techniques for managing pain weren't useful to me. It was basically just her reviewing 9th grade biology class and showing a video that I really didn't need to see. [ Reply | More
