I swore I would never do party favors for DCs' birthday parties, but we've been given favors at every party we've attended this year so it's seeming rude not to them. Thoughts? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

a mylar balloon - nice favor idea. a regular latex balloon -- doesn't count as a favor -- it is standard to distribute the balloon decorations when the party ends [ Reply | More

As a parent, I have rarely (once?) liked the favors my kid has gotten and often disliked them (candy I don't want my 2 yo to eat; Batman figurine which scared him). Don't do them if there isn't some natural great thing to give. Not necessary. [ Reply | More
