Posted before about DH getting a Poly. What are the chances of our 6 year relationship that the Positive HPV test is because he cheated and not something from before? What woudl you think? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I really think that HPV is one of those weird things that can show up way after it is actually contracted. Why don't you do some research about it before you go accusing himi of awful things? [ Reply | More

The point is, if you dont trust dh in a Party Country ( I just like saying that now ) you dont trust him at home either. There is no country where they force you to have sex upon leaving the airport. Locality has nothing to do with it. [ Reply | More

I agree completely. HPV does not typically lie dormant, particularly after the birth of a child. If you have any other reason to be suspicious I would go with your gut. The real question is...what would his cheating mean to you, your relationship, your family? [ Reply | More

i missed the other post about this, but don't something like 85% of all women have at least one strain of HPV? i'm not saying this woman should trust her dh -- i just can't understand the vacationing alone 4x/year thing -- but on the other hand, you can have and HPV and (1) not know it, (2) be totally fine. they can also clear up on their own and come back, so you could have had it for a long time and just didn't catch it. in other words, i'd separate these issues. hpv is one issue; lack of trust with dh is another [ Reply | More
