miscarriage question:started mc on friday (around 7weeks) and still spotting today (ie 6 days later). when I will start feeling 'normal' again physically? Still feel big (some bloating and tender boobs) and pg. Really need to feel like me again soon, if you know what I mean. Any words of wisdom? Tia [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I am so sorry for your loss. It will probably be another week or so before the physical syptoms go away completely...but the emotional stuff is the hardest. Miscarrage is much more common than people think and I am sure you will go on to have a healthy db. [ Reply | More

Sorry for your loss. I went through a mc at around the same time last year. It took about 2 weeks of spotting (a dnc would not have been much different) and a few more weeks after that until I really felt like myself again. I guess it takes a body some time to switch back to "not pregnant". GL should you ttc again in the future. (take your time though, it does do a job on your head to mc) [ Reply | More
