Help me out: DD just turned 2 this week. She used to be a great sleeper (aside from some sep. anxiety issues which involved lots of screaming for 10 days - but that was months ago). Lately she goes to bed at the same time 7.30 but it takes her over an hour to fall asleep. She isn't fussy at all, she just plays and jumps and talks to herself. However, she is EXHAUSTED. I tried an earlier bedtime and she still didn't go to sleep until almost 9. Any advice? Her napping is still the same. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
