The papers are saying sibs didn't get PreK spots because parents f***'d up forms. Way to go DOE -- put it back on the parents! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I'm sure there are parents who made copies of their forms in anticipation of the DOE losing them. The DOE will have egg on thier face when confronted with those copies. [ Reply | More
