I remember when we finally got our first microwave and my mom was like "now we can make popcorn!" and she brought out this thing of Jiffypop. I laughed my ass off and explained that it was for the stovetop and that she should NEVER put metal in the microwave. And then we made some and later bought some--yes--microwave popcorn.
