rationally I think the pros outweigh the cons. But I'm scared sh-tless of making a mistake, regretting it down the road. If I take it, I'll regret the hard work it will entail, time away from my kids. If I don't take it, I'll regret missing the opportunity. I may never get another one like this. Crap. [ Reply | More

he'd have to find a new job in new locationj (which he's willing to do). But if I fail/quit and go back to SAHM I don't know how happy he'd be to then move back... like i tell my kids, it's "pick it and stick with it".... [ Reply | More
