My new eating plan. Eat sensibly and count calories. How many calories per day should I have for a reasonable weight loss (2 lbs/week). I'm 5'4" and 160 lbs. Want to lose about 30 lbs long term. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Use calorie-count.com. It's free -- you input your height and weight and goal weight and activity level and it will tell you how many calories to eat each day. You can also use the site to track your food each day or your weight. I've lost 10 pounds since the end of March. (Would like to lose about 5 more.) [ Reply | More ]
