At SIL's daughter's baby shower, SIL, her sisters, the pg mom to be, all smoking. SIL and her sister come back inside from smoke break, sister says to me, "i bet that baby will be under 6 lbs. Our family always has small babies". ARE YOU KIDDING ME WOMAN. SHE IS PG AND SMOKING, OF COURSE THE BABY WILL BE LOW BIRTH WEIGHT. WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS FAMILY. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I am a smoker and I know it is a nasty and disgusting habit. I also admit to having about 5 cigarettes when I was pregant. And I would expect every person who would have seen me do it to judge me and rightly so. However, since I knew it was wrong and shameful I did where no one would see me. Pregnant women who smoke should be judged by others. [ Reply | More
