NP -- an agency won't help. Seriously. they will send you lots of people who don't actually meet your criteria. there is an on-line agency you might try. They are much more "upfront" than the others I found. www.nycnannyfinder.com I think it's called. [ Reply | More

unless there is an agency that specializes in south americans, an agency won't be able to help you. I would post ads in spanish language newspapers that are read by people from the south american countries, or call the embassies from those countries and see if they have job boards for people from their countries.
