If your 10mo (or therabouts) is eating table foods (mine is but still eats oatmeal and baby food 2x a day) what is your schedule and what do they get at each meal? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Bottles at wake-up b/f nap and b/f bed. Meals are: breakfast- pancake or waffle or french toast and 1 fruit, lunch and dinner- 1 protein (meatballs, turkey meatballs, meatloaf, deli turkey, etc), 1 side (broccoli pancake, cheese, yogurt drink or yogurt, macaroni w/butter or cheese) and 1 fruit (blueberries, mango, pear or banana). After 3 kids, my dog is so sick of cheerios that he won't even eat them anymore! Oh, and I also give her egg w/melted cheese and pizza. Other options are avocado and tofu which she used to eat until she started getting the good stuff. She also ate a lot more veggies (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots) but not so much anymore [ Reply | More
