post below....3 wk old will sometimes only sleep in the carseat if I swing him etc. what is going on? I have tried the bouncy and swing, and he will wake up after 5 minutes if I put him there. I am losing my mind! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Ah...I remember those sleep-deprived days. Have you tried swaddling? I remember something magical about 20 minutes. After holding, rocking the baby to sleep for 20 minutes, I could put him down and he would continue to sleep. [ Reply | More
