So nanny just tells me that her friend makes $18 per hour under the table for 1 kid...i thought per this board that $10-$15 is standard. Pay in the $13.50 range but also dont want to get priced our because of raises (will give reasonable raise at year). thoughts on this? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
