Ugh. I just got back from a long walk in the park when I ran into my friend's nanny. She didn't recognize me at first and when I said "I'm DD's mom," she said, "Oh, you've put on a little weight." I was so mortified. I had been feeling so good about getting out for the walk then crashed emotionally. It's so hard to be overweight. I just want to cut off the fat. I need someone to tell me to not be so embarrassed and to hang in there and stick with the exercise. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
