i am just sick, i just realized that i lost all of my accumulated american airlines mile - over 250k. apparently they sent me an email telling me i needed to use some of the miles in order to keep the a/c active. i was in the last weeks of my pregnancy and totally missed the mail. ARGH!!!! i know its a long shot but anything i could do get them to reinstate them? i know its crazy but is it worth a shot? thanks. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Sometimes you can pay a reinstatement fee, or open an affinity credit card and they will reinstate the miles. Definitely play up the pregnancy! Good luck! [ Reply | More
