My first ds was extremely difficult. He is now 9 years old and things have improved about 75%. It only started getting better in the last year or two. Usually difficult//spirited kids are very smart and very active. My advice is stick to a strict schedule and get lots of physical activity and therapy for you and your child. [ Reply | More
