I really need to lose about 30 lbs. I have tried ww on and off for years, and have been successful, but frankly, I hate it (hate points, hate their recipes with sucralose and cool whip, etc). I want a new eating plan with real foods, and not feel hungry. Any ideas? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

i know what you mean. i am not into ww. the counting points seems very unhealthy to me...much too much of a focus on food. if you can afford it, i'd suggest a nutritionist. if not, i'd say you need to give a good hard look at your eating habits and your problem areas and then adjust accordingly.
