price my apt: locations east 50s and 1st avenue; 3 br, 2ba, WEIK w w/d, 1550 sf, post war doorman building, bathrooms have been updated but not renovated (new owner would likely want to renovate), kitchen was renovated 10 years ago and looks nice, but was not a high end renovation (laminate cabinets, formica countertops, middle of the road appliances)..maintenance around 2500 [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

that is a high main. My sister has an apt similar in size but 3 br fully renovated priced at 1.4 on 80s and 1st - better location. Take a look at street easy [ Reply | More
