dh with first "diagnose me" post. pain all around rib cage, sensation of being squeezed. radiates into lower jaw (seems to skip my chest and neck). first started about 7 years ago. was very sporadic, tests showed nothing. then it went away altogether for several years, now it's back as of a few months ago. flares up about once a month, painful enough to wake me up. no other symptoms and in very good shape otherwise. any ideas? oh, and flame if you must.
