Home owners - were you 100% sure when you found your house - like "this is it, we found it..." we have been looking for so long and I never seem to have a "gut" on anything...pros and cons to houses and sometimes I think this is it and then an hour later I think maybe not... we were but I think it was partly that we were tired of looking and didn't think we'd find anything better. it worked out great but in the future i will take a much more objective approach and really hold out for what I want. of course we have more $$ now than we did when we bought our current house. there are always going to be cons. decide what factors are MOST important to you. for us it was schools, then #bedrooms (close tie), and large yard. [ Reply | More
