I figured out how to lose weight. I stopped eating dinner. I eat a big breakfast, decent lunch and that's it. Dh and I are separated and when I get home to two kids I dont have time to eat anyway, so busy cooking for kids, bathing, bath. By the time they are in bed it's 9 and I'm not hungry and just want to BE. Anyone else skip dinner? I do wake up starving though. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

no--that wouldn't work for me. ww works for me--I've lost 13 lbs and don't feel like I am making a huge sacrifice. That said, I think I have hit a plateau--I want to lose 12 more. [ Reply | More ]

Yep. That works for me. I don't always skip dinner, but it is never a fulll meal deal. I eat breakfast, lunch and 4-5 pm snack. Then I generally graze on primarily proteins before 8 PM. I also try to work out at least 5 times a week. [ Reply | More ]
