Ridiculous post, but a dear friend lent me two books that she said were about strong women and friendship, and I have no desire to read either. She keeps asking me if I read them and I just want to return them to her, but I don't want to hurt her feelings because she lent them to me in a meaningful way. Are there any sites that have cliff notes for reading group type books? I just want to tell her I read them so I don't hurt her feelings but be prepared to sound like I did if she pushes me.
