if you consider yourself to be a relaxed parent, are your dcs big or advanced for their ages? Mine are small and developmentally behind so I keep an eye on them on the playground etc. Seems like moms of bigger kids dont need to worry as much or am i wrong? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Every kid's both a big kid and a little kid depending on the kids around her. My daughters are both big for their age, and I consider myself a relaxed parent, but my strong robust 18-month-old still gets bounced around a lot when she tries to hang with the three-year-olds. [ Reply | More ]

Mine is small and a bit advanced and I'm petrified in the playground she'll get stomped on or fall through the rails when climbs to do the slide. Hopefully it will be easier when she's older. 23 mo now [ Reply | More ]
