We are having our 1 yr olds 1st Bday party in Central Park. We thought it was going to be under 20 people, but some work friends I never thought would come, have said they are. Now we don't have enough time to get a permit. You need to apply 21 days in advance and the party is in 2 weeks. Do you think the Park Police will give us a hard time?
