HELP!!! breasts so engorged, incredibly painful (milk coming in). i can feed db on right breast and pump if needed--still really painful, but at least milk comes out. left one is so engorged yet pumping won't get milk out (hand or electric) AND db just fights and screams because milk doesn't come out [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

take a hot shower or put hot cloth on breasts. hot shower works best, massage breast so that milk comes out. it may just spurt out on it's own. GL. [ Reply | More
