are there any books on what, if anything, i should be working on with my 4 year old. I mean, what should he know? I read to him and we do all sorts of domestic projects, but sometimes I feel like I should have more method or goals in mind when we do projects, and I don't at all. Any suggestions? I buy a lot of age appropriate workbooks (Staples, Costco) and we do those together. There are Kumon cards that are good for writing skills. We also visit websites that are for reading. Starfall.com is good. I also like enchantedlearning.com but you need to be a member to access some of the stuff there. In any case the website break activities down by age group. [ Reply | More ]
