If you like your nanny, how often do you praise/compliment her on how well she's doing her job? Wondering if I should be telling her more often how happy we are with how she is with our dc etc... [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I leave laundry for her to fold and put away and she doesn't do it for a couple days. she's wasteful with food, leaving lights on, running the water for ages...she's not that careful with dc stuff - loses shoes etc. She is not great with time management and is a little spacey. However, she loves dc and our dog too and never rests even when they nap has tons of playdates and activites and is creative and very engaging with all the stuff she does with them. [ Reply | More
