2.5 year old just had a meltdown--wanted more time up even though i kep telling her last book last book. i put her to bed crying and screaming she stopped in 3 minutes. terrible mom? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

op: oh well. thanks for at least making me feel better about tonight. she really is starting to push it. had a complete meltdown at the playground when she had to get out of the swing so someelse could use it. I was proud though because my husband stuck with me and when she wouldn't stop crying we said ok, if you don't stop cruing we're going right home. she didn't. we left. and she calmed down and the apologized. so it's the first step in many but good to know I'm not alone in this.
